This week's episode is a fun one that I recorded solo in order to announce the upcoming Community Challenge I'm organizing for Jan 22nd - Jan 26th, 2018. I'll be doing my second round using a protocol inspired by the Fasting Mimicking Diet and Dr. Anthony Gustin that will enable us to get many of the same benefits of fasting while consuming a low calorie ketogenic diet that can be supplemented with exogenous ketones and amino acids in order to enhance energy and reduce potential side effects such as energy lows and fatigue.
