This is a solo episode that I recorded after doing a 3 day modified fast in order to reset my system and welcome the new year. In the past I've played with one day fasts, three day juice fasts, and intermittent fasting and so this episode is just a sharing of my experiences as well as a walk through some of the different ways you can fast as well as the benefits behind such practices.
